The cover shot, "nutcracker" from the winter 2009 edition of ben shot me the magazine has been awarded a honorable mention at the Falmouth Artist Guilds open photography show.

Seven 16x20 type C prints of the benshotme visit to Italy will be on display at the opening of the burrito place, the 02536's very own burrito joint which opened on May 17 2009!

ben is also is thrilled to have been named the official photographer of Cape Cod Kickball.

ben's photograph of nobska was awarded the visitors choice award for favorite landscape in the recent Cape Cod Conservatory open photography show.

In case you're new, this is how things work here at the web site of benshotme.  Ben takes lots of pictures.  These go into the archives which are updated 1-3 times a week.  The very, very best might also go into the portfolio section, both of these are linked at the top of this page.  From time to time when ben gets invited (or goes on his own) to some great event a slide show might appear on the side bar over there ------>              An attempt at getting a timely new shot of the week up is made (duh) weekly sometimes it happens quicker, sometimes not.  The shots of the week are all recorded and blogged about at the blog.  And lastly in this panel you will find news, when there is some.  Double lastly, quarterly, we the benshotme staff, produce a print edition and you can find out about that here.
